However, you may not return a Product to us and claim a refund if the Product concerned is a bespoke order (Create Your Own). In order to exercise your option to return a Product you are not satisfied with, you must give a notice to us. Accepted notices are emails to info@iwant-wallkandi.co.uk. These notices must include the customer’s name and invoice number. Don’t ship the products back to us, but wait until we will send you Return Authorisation and manage the shipping. We will refund the price paid for the Products you have returned completely. All returned Products must be unused, in original condition and undamaged.

When a variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. The accuracy of each colour reproduction is guaranteed to be within 90-95%.

Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We will use our reasonable endeavors to deliver your Products to you within 14 days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation.
